Oborevwori Urges Delta Community to Back APC Candidates in 2027
Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has urged the people of Isoko Nation to vote for APC candidates in the 2027 elections, saying the administration's investments in infrastructure, healthcare and education deserve continued public support.
Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has called on the people of Isoko Nation to support all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections, citing his administration's investments in infrastructure, healthcare and education across the area.
The governor made the appeal on Monday while inspecting ongoing and completed projects, including the College of Health Technology in Ovrode and the Ozoro Modern Market in Isoko North Local Government Area. He said the projects reflected his administration's commitment to improving the welfare of residents and accelerating development across the state.
According to a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Festus Ahon, Oborevwori urged the Isoko people to reciprocate the government's efforts by voting for APC candidates at all levels in the next general election. He expressed confidence that continued support for the ruling party would sustain the pace of development already witnessed in the area.
The governor highlighted achievements in road construction, healthcare and education, noting that his administration remained focused on delivering projects that directly improve the lives of the people. He assured residents that more developmental initiatives would be executed across Delta State before the end of his tenure.
Community leaders and party supporters who accompanied the governor during the inspection commended the ongoing projects and pledged their continued support for the administration. The visit formed part of the governor's assessment of key projects being undertaken across the state.
