Brazilian football legend Zico has described Japan as a team that plays “proper football” as he predicted an entertaining encounter when the South American giants face the Asian side in the Round of 32 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The former Brazil international made the remarks while speaking ahead of Monday’s knockout fixture, expressing confidence in his country but acknowledging Japan’s quality and style of play.
