No Election Rigging Will Succeed in Abia, Says LP Reps Candidate
Labour Party House of Representatives candidate China Anyaso has declared that no election rigging will succeed in Abia during the 2027 polls, assuring residents of adequate security and a transparent electoral process while pledging to uphold fairness and credible elections.
The Labour Party (LP) candidate for Bende Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, China Anyaso, has assured Abia residents that electoral malpractice will not be tolerated in the state, declaring that no attempt to rig the election will succeed. Speaking during a stakeholders' meeting, Anyaso said the administration of Governor Alex Otti is committed to conducting free, fair and credible elections across the state.
Anyaso said the state government would ensure that every legitimate vote counts, warning anyone planning to manipulate the electoral process to abandon such intentions. He also assured voters that adequate security would be provided to protect them and safeguard the integrity of the election.
The LP candidate urged constituents to remain peaceful and actively participate in the electoral process, promising not to disappoint the people if elected. He highlighted his business experience and philanthropic efforts, including funding free education for hundreds of children, as evidence of his commitment to public service.
Anyaso also reaffirmed his support for the zoning arrangement in Bende Federal Constituency, arguing that fairness requires the House of Representatives seat to rotate back to the Bende North bloc after the completion of the incumbent's tenure. Traditional rulers at the meeting also backed the rotational agreement, describing it as a commitment to equity and justice.
