FAAN Commissions Upgraded MAKIA Domestic Terminal

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has commissioned the upgraded domestic terminal at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA), marking another step in the Federal Government's efforts to modernise airport infrastructure and improve passenger experience across the country. The refurbishment is expected to enhance operational efficiency, safety and comfort for travellers using the facility.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, FAAN's Managing Director said the upgraded terminal reflects the authority's commitment to providing world-class airport services while supporting the growing demand for domestic air travel.
