Former Ogun APC governorship aspirant Dr. Adetunji Oredipe has donated campaign vehicles and promotional materials to support Senator Solomon Adeola's governorship bid. He described the APC candidate as a competent leader and urged party members to unite behind his campaign.
A former All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Ogun State, Dr. Adetunji Oredipe, has donated campaign vehicles and other branded promotional materials to support the governorship ambition of Senator Solomon Adeola, popularly known as Yayi. Oredipe said the gesture reflects his confidence in Adeola's leadership qualities and commitment to the development of Ogun State.
Speaking during the unveiling of the vehicles in Ijebu Ode, Oredipe described the APC governorship candidate as an experienced and capable leader who possesses the vision needed to move the state forward. He said his decision to support Adeola followed careful consideration of the senator's track record and his plans for Ogun's future.
Oredipe explained that political support should go beyond verbal endorsements, stressing that meaningful backing requires practical contributions. According to him, the donation of campaign logistics demonstrates his personal commitment and that of his supporters to ensuring Adeola's success in the 2027 governorship election.
He also called on party members and residents of Ogun State to unite behind the APC candidate, expressing confidence that Adeola has the competence to consolidate on existing achievements and deliver more development across the state. The event attracted party supporters and political stakeholders who pledged their continued support for the campaign.
The donation comes as political activities continue to gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections, with aspirants and their supporters intensifying mobilisation efforts across Ogun State.
