Court Dismisses NDC Suit Against Electoral Act Eligibility Rules

A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a suit filed by the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) challenging the eligibility provisions of the Electoral Act, ruling that the party failed to establish sufficient legal grounds to sustain the action.
