NYSC Announces Sept 30 Date for 2026 Batch C Stream I Orientation in Osun

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Osun State Secretariat has announced that the 2026 Batch 'C' Stream I Orientation Course will hold from Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Ede, Osun State.

The announcement, contained in a release issued by the state secretariat and in line with a circular from the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters in Abuja, sets the stage for the induction of a new set of prospective Corps Members into the scheme's three-week orientation programme. Registration for prospective Corps Members will commence on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and close at midnight on Friday, October 23, 2026, giving corps members a window of over three weeks to complete their registration formalities.

The Swearing-in and Official Opening Ceremony is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede. The ceremony will be presided over by the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, while the National Pledge and NYSC Oath of Allegiance will be administered by the Chief Judge of Osun State, Honourable Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo.
