APC North-West Begins Seven-State Tour to Rally Support for Tinubu, Uba Sani

The North-West chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced plans to embark on a strategic tour of the seven states in the region as part of efforts to strengthen the party and mobilise support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani ahead of the 2027 general elections. The decision was reached during a zonal meeting of party leaders in Kaduna.

According to a statement issued by the APC North-West Zonal Publicity Secretary, Musa Mailafiya Mada, the tour will provide an opportunity for the party's leadership to engage with stakeholders, party officials and grassroots members on practical measures to reinforce the APC's structures across the region. The exercise is also aimed at consolidating support for the party's candidates in the next electoral cycle.

The party described the North-West as a key political stronghold, noting that all seven states in the geopolitical zone are currently governed by the APC. It expressed confidence that sustained engagement with members and supporters would further strengthen the party's dominance and improve its electoral performance in 2027.

The zonal leadership also commended Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani for donating operational vehicles to the APC in the region, describing the gesture as a demonstration of his commitment to strengthening the party's activities and improving its organisational capacity. Party officials urged members to remain united and focused on expanding the APC's support base ahead of the elections.

The planned mobilisation tour forms part of the APC's broader preparations for the 2027 general elections, with the party seeking to reinforce its structures, deepen stakeholder engagement and maintain its political influence across the North-West.
