Transfer: Vinicius Jr’s Representatives Break Silence on Real Madrid Exit Rumours
Vinicius Jr’s representatives dismissed transfer rumours, describing recent reports about the Real Madrid star as false and damaging.
Roc Nation Sports International, the agency representing Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior, has dismissed growing speculation surrounding the Brazilian’s future, describing recent reports linking him with a move away from the Spanish club as false and damaging.
The agency issued a statement on Sunday in response to widespread media reports suggesting that Vinicius could be on his way out of Real Madrid amid interest from Premier League side Arsenal.
The statement also addressed rumours involving another Roc Nation client, Yan Diomande of RB Leipzig, who has reportedly been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
Roc Nation Sports, which also represents Real Madrid forward Endrick, criticised sections of the media for publishing what it described as inaccurate information capable of damaging the reputation of its players.
“Roc Nation Sports International and our entire team cannot stand idle when unprofessional and uninformed media publish fake and damaging information for attention-seeking purposes,” the agency stated.
According to the organisation, such reports unfairly target its clients without any factual basis and create unnecessary distractions for players and clubs.
“This is especially unacceptable when it personally targets our clients without any foundation. It is disruptive, harmful and libellous,” the statement added.
The agency further called on journalists and media organisations to uphold professional standards by verifying information before publication.
“Media outlets and journalists need to hold themselves accountable,” it concluded.
Vinicius has remained one of the most influential players at Real Madrid since joining the club from Brazilian side Flamengo, playing a key role in the team’s domestic and European successes.
Although recent reports have linked the Brazilian international with a possible transfer to Arsenal, neither Real Madrid nor the player has publicly indicated any intention to end their long-term relationship.
Similarly, speculation surrounding Diomande’s reported move to the Spanish giants has continued to circulate despite the absence of any official confirmation from the clubs involved.
Transfer rumours often intensify during the transfer window as clubs seek to strengthen their squads ahead of a new season.
However, Roc Nation’s latest statement appears aimed at putting an end to speculation involving its clients while urging the media to prioritise accuracy and responsible reporting over sensational headlines.
Neither Arsenal nor Real Madrid has commented publicly on the latest transfer speculation involving Vinicius.
