Afri Invoice Unveils Subscription Plans Amid NRS E-Invoicing Drive
Afri Invoice has introduced four subscription plans designed to help businesses manage digital invoicing, payment records and tax-related processes as Nigeria advances its electronic invoicing system.
Afri Invoice, a Nigerian digital invoicing and payment-tracking platform, has introduced four subscription plans to support businesses as the Nigeria Revenue Service NRS advances the implementation of electronic invoicing.
The plans, named Beginners, Starter, Standard and Premium Corporate, are designed for businesses at different stages of growth, ranging from freelancers and start-ups to organisations managing multiple entities.
The company said the subscription structure was developed to help businesses improve transaction records, invoicing processes and tax-related management as the country moves towards greater digitalisation of tax administration.
The Beginners plan provides basic digital invoicing tools for freelancers, start-ups and businesses transitioning from manual record-keeping.
The Starter plan offers increased invoicing capacity, data storage, tax tracking, compliance-related tools and basic reporting functions.
For established businesses, the Standard plan provides additional features including client management, payment monitoring, customisable invoice templates and digital document exports, alongside expanded invoicing and reporting capabilities.
The Premium Corporate plan targets organisations with higher transaction volumes and multiple operations, users or business entities. It includes advanced reporting and compliance-related functions.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Afri Invoice, Mr Mark Odenore, said the transition to digital tax administration required businesses to strengthen how they create, manage and retain transaction records.
He said the company’s approach was to provide invoicing and financial management tools suited to businesses at different stages of growth.
The NRS is implementing electronic invoicing through the Merchant Buyer Solution MBS, a system designed to improve tax administration through digital invoice creation, submission, validation, identification and transaction reporting.
Afri Invoice said its plans were particularly relevant to small and medium-sized businesses seeking to improve financial record-keeping and payment monitoring while adapting to the changing tax environment.
The company’s announcement comes as more businesses are being brought into the national e-invoicing framework, with the NRS implementing the system in phases.
Afri Invoice has previously described its platform as an e-invoicing and compliance solution providing structured invoice processing, validation and regulatory reporting services.
