2027: Tinubu Support Group Unveils Book on President’s Reforms
A pro-Tinubu movement plans to launch a book examining President Bola Tinubu’s reforms and leadership vision ahead of the 2027 elections.
A political support group backing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced plans to unveil a book examining his administration’s reforms and political vision ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The book, titled The Courage to Reform: Architecture of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Beyond 2027: Statecraft, Vision for National Renewal, is scheduled for presentation on November 5, 2026, in Abuja.
The event is being organised by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement, a group supporting the President’s bid for another term in office.
According to the organisers, the publication will examine Tinubu’s leadership approach, policy decisions and the direction of his administration, while presenting arguments for continuity beyond 2027.
President of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has been named Chief Launcher, while BUA Group Chairman, Abdul Samad Rabiu, is expected to serve as Co-Chief Launcher.
Tinubu is listed as Special Guest of Honour, while the All Progressives Congress national chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, is expected to chair the occasion. The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, is listed as host, with Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, named Chief Host.
Other political leaders, government officials, business executives and traditional rulers are also expected at the event, which is scheduled to hold at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja. Attendance is expected to be by invitation.
The planned launch comes amid growing political activity ahead of the 2027 elections, as supporters of the President highlight his policy record while critics continue to question the economic and social consequences of some reforms.
Since assuming office in May 2023, Tinubu’s administration has introduced major economic policy changes, including the removal of the petrol subsidy and reforms to the foreign exchange system. The measures have been defended by the government as necessary economic adjustments, although their effects on living costs and household purchasing power remain subjects of public debate.
The organisers say the book will contribute to discussions about the administration’s record and its proposed direction beyond the current term.
