Nigeria international striker Victor Osimhen and his partner, Stefanie Kim Ladewig, have welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Liora Audrey.

Osimhen’s Turkish club, Galatasaray, announced the birth on Thursday through its official social media platforms, congratulating the couple and wishing their newborn daughter a healthy and happy life.

The club said its first-team player and Stefanie had welcomed a baby girl, identifying the child as Liora Audrey.

The arrival marks the couple’s second child together. They are also parents to a daughter, Hailey.

The announcement comes shortly after Ladewig was reportedly involved in a road accident in Istanbul earlier this month while pregnant. She escaped without injury.

Osimhen, 27, plays for Galatasaray in the Turkish Süper Lig and is a member of Nigeria’s Super Eagles.

The Nigerian forward has been in strong form for the Turkish champions this season and is expected to rejoin the squad ahead of its upcoming league fixture against Konyaspor.

The birth has attracted congratulatory messages from football supporters in Nigeria and Türkiye as the striker and his partner celebrate the latest addition to their family.
