Four Adults, Teenager Charged With Murder After UK Baby’s Death

Four adults and a 15-year-old girl have been charged following the death of a newborn baby in Sheffield, United Kingdom.

The baby girl was found at a house on Holywell Heights, in the Wincobank area, on Sunday morning after police were called over concerns for her safety.

According to reports, two men, aged 19 and 38, and two women, aged 20 and 37, have been charged with murder, causing or allowing the death of a child, and perverting the course of justice.

Police allege that steps were taken to conceal the killing of the infant.

The 15-year-old girl has been charged with perverting the course of justice. She cannot be named because of her age.

The suspects have been identified as Peter Horvath, 19; Andrea Skopova, 20; Nina Horvathova, 37; Peter Horvath, 38; and the teenage girl.

Police said all five suspects have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court.

Detectives are continuing their investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding the baby’s death.

Authorities have not disclosed further details about the circumstances of the infant’s death as the investigation remains ongoing.
