=Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of American supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died.

Gerber died on Sunday, September 20, at a rehabilitation facility, according to records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. His death was confirmed by Allie Jenkins, a representative for his family.

The family, through Jenkins, asked for privacy as they mourned the former model.

The official cause of death had not been disclosed as of Monday, with an autopsy still pending.

Born Presley Walker Gerber on July 2, 1999, in Beverly Hills, California, he was the only son of Crawford and Rande Gerber and the elder brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber.

Gerber followed his mother into modelling as a teenager. He was signed by IMG Models at 15 and made his runway debut in 2016. He subsequently worked with major fashion brands, including Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Celine and Tommy Hilfiger.

In 2018, he appeared alongside his mother in a Pepsi Super Bowl commercial that recreated Crawford’s well-known 1992 advert.

In recent years, Gerber had spoken publicly about his struggles with mental health and addiction, including his efforts to seek treatment and encourage conversations around mental health.

His sister Kaia had also discussed the impact of his long-term struggles on their family in an interview published in the September 2026 issue of Vogue.

Gerber’s death has prompted tributes from friends and other public figures, while his family continues to request privacy.
