According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Brighton have already had two bids rejected for the 25-year-old, with the latest offer reportedly worth just over £10 million.
Millwall are understood to value Azeez significantly higher and remain in a strong negotiating position with the transfer deadline approaching.
The winger enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 campaign, scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists in 37 Championship appearances. His performances earned him a place in the Championship Team of the Season.
Azeez's form has attracted interest from several clubs, with Hull City and European sides also reportedly monitoring his situation.
Brighton's pursuit comes as the Premier League club considers attacking reinforcements, particularly with Yankuba Minteh currently sidelined through injury.
Despite Millwall's rejection of the two offers, Brighton remain determined to reach an agreement for Azeez before the transfer window closes.
