The Ghana Athletics Federation has launched a structured preparation programme for athletes targeting qualification for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics.
The Ghana Athletics Federation (GAF) has launched a structured Olympic Preparation Programme targeting the Los Angeles 2028 Games, with a high-performance training centre set to open in East Legon, Accra.
GAF President Herbert Mensah said the programme would provide year-round coaching, sports science support and overseas competition opportunities.
Twenty-four athletes have been selected for the inaugural cohort based on national championship results.
