Nigerian military troops have successfully disrupted an attempted supply operation intended for terrorist groups during a security operation in a remote area. The operation led to the interception of logistics materials believed to be meant for armed groups.
Sources said several suspects were detained during the operation while items recovered included food supplies communication tools and other materials commonly used by insurgents.
Military authorities described the operation as part of ongoing efforts to weaken terrorist networks and cut off their supply chains. They reaffirmed their commitment to sustained operations against insecurity across the country.
Security analysts say targeting supply routes remains a critical strategy in reducing terrorist capabilities.
