Former Big Brother Naija star Kiddwaya has stated that his father, Terry Waya, is the person who discovered the prestigious Banana Island in Lagos.
He made the claim during a recent appearance on the Off The Record podcast.
When the host asked, “I heard that your dad discovered Banana Island. Is that correct?” Kiddwaya responded, “Yeah, I didn’t even know until I heard it during one of my trips.”
Kiddwaya’s father, Terry Waya, is a self-acclaimed billionaire with investments spanning real estate, agriculture, and the hospitality sector.
His public profile gained even more attention during and after Kiddwaya’s participation in the Big Brother Naija show in 2020.
