Mavin Records boss, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has revealed that although he can afford to buy a private jet, he prefers to channel his wealth into more productive ventures that positively impact others.
The award-winning music producer and entrepreneur made the disclosure during an interactive session on social media, where a fan asked why he doesn’t own a jet despite his success in the entertainment industry.
Responding humorously yet thoughtfully, Don Jazzy said owning a private jet is not a priority, stressing that he finds more satisfaction in investing in people and meaningful projects.
“I can afford a private jet, but I have more important things to do with my money,” he said.
“It’s not about showing off wealth. There’s joy in using your blessings to build others. I’m comfortable and content with what I have.”
The Mavin boss, known for nurturing stars like Rema, Ayra Starr, and Ladipoe, added that he prefers to focus on creating opportunities for young talents rather than indulging in luxury possessions.
