  1. A video circulating widely on social media has captured a tense moment between music icon 2Baba Idibia and his wife, Natasha, during an Instagram Live session hosted by broadcaster Daddy Freeze.

In the clip, 2Baba is seen asking Natasha to be quiet while he participated in the livestream. She declined, prompting the singer to momentarily halt the session. The unexpected exchange left Daddy Freeze visibly surprised, while another participant quickly attempted to redirect the conversation with a question.

Background to the Couple’s Relationship Timeline

Speculation about unrest in the couple’s marriage first surfaced in October 2025, when unverified reports claimed that 2Baba had been arrested following a dispute with his wife. The singer later dismissed the claims on Instagram.

2Baba and Natasha exchanged vows in a private ceremony in July 2025, attended only by family and close friends. Their marriage followed the highly publicised end of 2Baba’s previous relationship with Annie Macaulay. The singer announced their split in January 2025, and Annie formally confirmed it at the 17th Headies Awards in April 2025, where she introduced herself once again as “Annie Macaulay”.

Recent reports suggest that 2Baba and Natasha have welcomed their first child together, though neither party has confirmed the news.
